Executive Director

Prior to joining the Center staff in 1990, Ray served twelve years in ministry with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gary, Indiana, and has worked as an independent organizational consultant. He holds graduate degrees in theology from St. Francis School of Pastoral Ministry in Milwaukee and in Community and Organizational Development from Loyola University in Chicago. Email Ray here.

Coach

Susanne has been coaching with the Center since 2019.  Susanne currently serves as an Associate Pastor in Cleveland, OH in the Presbyterian Church (USA).  She holds an MDiv from Fuller Seminary and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Case Western’s Weatherhead School of Management. Communication

Rachel has been building and updating the Center’s online footprint and communication strategy since 2017. She is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and currently serves a local church in the Cleveland, OH area.  She holds degrees from Baldwin Wallace University and Princeton Theological Seminary.
