Prior to joining the Center staff in 1990, Ray served twelve years in ministry with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gary, Indiana, and has worked as an independent organizational consultant. He holds graduate degrees in theology from St. Francis School of Pastoral Ministry in Milwaukee and in Community and Organizational Development from Loyola University in Chicago. Ray is a Managing Director with the Center.

An ordained minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, Dale has served fourteen years in pastoral ministry in Wisconsin and Illinois prior to joining the Center staff in 1990. He holds graduate degrees from Wartburg Theological Seminary and the Leadership Institute of Seattle.
Dale is a Managing Director with the Center.

An ordained minister of the Iowa Conference, The United Methodist Church, Inagrace has done research and writing which form the theological foundations for the Center's work. She has a Ph.D. in Christian Theology from the University of Chicago Divinity School, and degrees from the University of Iowa and Wartburg Theological Seminary.
Inagrace is Director of Theological Research for the Center.

Paul Dietterich, Th.D., Executive Director Emeritus
An ordained minister of the Iowa Conference, The United Methodist Church, Paul has served pastorates in Massachusetts and Iowa. He holds degrees from Ohio Wesleyan University and Boston University School of Theology. (An earned doctorate in the field of planned change in church organizations.)
Paul served as Executive Director of the Center from 1976 to 2005 and is a major contributor in the field of practical theology.

Marianne Rhebergen, Ph.D., Senior Consultant
A Presbyterian Church (U.S.A) minister since 1979, Marianne has served as a judicatory executive, teacher, and pastor to urban, suburban, small town, and rural congregations. Since earning a Ph.D. from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2002, she has consulted with congregations, presbyteries, synods, and national boards of the PC(USA).
